Parent Era provides general parenting information, community features, provider discovery, marketplace listings, and related tools for parents and caregivers.
Parent Era does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, safeguarding, or other regulated professional advice. For urgent or serious concerns, contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
Accounts and community use
- Provide accurate account information and keep login details secure.
- Do not publish private identifying information about children or other families without permission.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, mislead, or deliberately spread dangerous misinformation.
- Community content may be moderated, limited, reviewed, or removed for safety and platform integrity.
Providers and marketplace sellers
Providers and sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, lawful operation, pricing, credentials, products, and fulfilment. A Parent Era verification badge applies only to the specific credential or service described by the badge.
Advertising
Sponsored placements are labelled. Payment for advertising does not grant professional authority and does not override safety, suitability, or verification requirements in provider matching.
Availability
Parent Era is an evolving service. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be unavailable while maintenance and improvements are performed.
