Parent Era
Privacy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Parent Era is designed for parents and caregivers. We collect only the information needed to operate your account, personalise parenting content, support community features, and connect you with services you choose to contact.
Child information is private by default. Public areas should not expose a child’s full name, school, home address, precise location, or other identifying details unless a parent deliberately shares information in a context where sharing is appropriate.
Information we use
- Account details such as email, country, and caregiver role.
- Child profile information such as date of birth or expected due date, display name, and development stage.
- Family-context information you choose to provide.
- Community posts, comments, reactions, and reports.
- Provider, marketplace, advertising, and enquiry information submitted through the platform.
Advertising and providers
Advertisers and providers do not receive private child-profile data for targeting. Matching uses limited information such as broad Parent Era, general location, service category, and parent-selected needs. Personal contact information is shared only when you choose to enquire, book, or contact a provider.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also change optional profile information and communication preferences from your account settings where available.
